After receiving the item I immediately realized that I had made a boo boo. The return process went extremely easily and reaching someone by phone was a breeze. They helped me through the return and not once made it a laborious exercise. The product was what I asked for, but what I’m really reviewing is the customer service and by extension the company. There are different levels of mAh in this batteries
My labtop works with 4,4 mAh and the battery came with 5 mAH this difference makes that the battery only charges to a max of 17%
If you are going to order check the mAH or you will be disapointed and the vendor does not specify this Rating: 1 / 5

I bought the battery to replace my Latitude D500 battery. The new battery works great and costs much less than Dell’s. It lasts for 4 hours. I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a new battery. Rating: 5 / 5
