Hampton church’s kitchen damaged by fire HAMPTON – Fire damaged the kitchen of a Hampton church early Tuesday. A passerby saw smoke coming from True Mount Zion Holiness Church on N. King Street around 5’35 a.m. Lt. Anthony Chittum says the fire started in a small attached kitchen on the back side of the church.
