Where can I find a cheap flight from New York to Madrid. Just yesterday I could have had a r/t on?

Iberia for $580 (taxes and fees included). Today I went on to book my flight and I am fighting for my life to find a flight under $700. It’s SICKENING how all hell broke loose in less than 24 hours. Note: I already tried Bookingbuddy.com, Kayak, and all the other popular sites which don’t seem to be competitive with my local travel agency anymore.
