the product arrived well packaged with no signs of physical damage. The video card and software were easy to install even for a computer idiot like me. called tech. service for some advice and found them to be helpful. Rating: 4 / 5

Works perfectly fine in a low profile system! Low profile bracket was included in the box!
Not a “high end” card but a “gamer” would go for another option anyway.
I however needed a budget, “noise free” no fan option for my workstation. That’s the one.
Easy installation. Great picture. No complaints.

I purchased this to use in a slim Dell C521 and discovered that although both the product page and the box state “Low Profile,” the manufacturer does not include the necessary low profile bracket to install it. It only comes with the standard full size bracket that can be seen in the picture. MSI, when contacted, cheerfully informed me that this was intentional and I could purchase the slim sliver of metal for ten dollars, plus shipping of course. A budget video card needs a bracket that costs almost as much as the entire card? No way!
Go with Gigabyte; they have a low profile 4350 with the same specs for a similar price, and they’re smart enough not to drive away customers. You can avoid this, but I’m stuck with a doorstop. Thanks, MSI! Rating: 1 / 5

It installed in 5 minutes and worked perfectly. I use the HDMI output for running both audio and video to my entertainment center and the picture and sound is great. Fabulous product for the money. Rating: 5 / 5

This product worked perfectly in my Dell Demensions desktop. A very good price for a card that has all 3 inputs. I bought it for the HDMI input as I have it hooked up to an LCD HDTV. Rating: 5 / 5
