Bought this backpack for a laptop I bought and so far it’s great! It’s a very simple, no frills backpack. If you need to fit in a laptop with some other junk, then look no further. I was able to fit my laptop, plus a binder that was filled with papers, junk, etc. just fine. I also like the simple, conservative look of the bag. May not be able to fit one of those huge desktop-replacement rigs, but for your typical laptop this should be fine (compare the specs of your laptop with those of the bag, first!). Rating: 5 / 5

I just received the backpack and gave it a look over. It’s going to be perfect for what I need it for. My Dell Studio 15 laptop fits perfectly in the inside pouch with plenty of room for my cables and battery pack. The bag is quite comfortable to wear and seems to be of sturdy construction and material. Traveling with my laptop is a chore sometimes but with this new backpack, it’s going to make traveling a lot easier! Lots of inside pockets to hold things like pens and ID. I love this bag! If you are looking for a backpack for your 15 inch laptop, I highly recommend this one! Rating: 5 / 5

I got this bag based on the reviews and I was not disappointed! This is an awesome backpack. It holds my 15.6″ Dell Inspiron perfectly. I love the zippered bag for the power cord. The handle is VERY comfortable to hold. The bag is sturdy overall and the padding around the computer is protective. I like the scratch resistant compartment for your iPod, too. It is slim and attractive. It is comfortable to wear as a backpack. It doesn’t hold a full load of textbooks, but you could fit a smaller textbook or some odds and ends with the computer. I am very happy with this purchase. Rating: 5 / 5

This is a simple, well-constructed backpack with surprisingly thoughtful design. I bought it to shuttle my laptop back and forth from work on my bike — I normally carry some additional papers/folders with me and this bag is sufficiently big for that task. The appeal for me was the trim design; the size is such that I am not tempted to overload it, but there is enough stretch that I have even been able to fit a basic change of clothes in the bag in a pinch. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on such a backpack so I am pleased with this aspect as well. In terms of the unexpected, the soft padding in the laptop compartment and in the small pocket on the outside of the case is great. The bottom compartment on the outside is the perfect size to fit my Kindle. There is a separate small “knick-knacks” case included as well.
Overall a great value, and a professional, non-garish, functional design. Rating: 5 / 5

When I read the other views, I was expecting a much smaller backpack. This one was a surprisingly good size and I can fit my 15 Macbook Pro easily, with room for a thick textbook and binder. It’s really heavy with all that stuff but still doable. I love the little pouch it comes with, and I’ll use this as a backpack for college. The backpack is comfortable and I like the simple color and design. Unless you want a huge backpack that looks like your going hiking, I think this would be perfect for a laptop and a few notebooks for class. Rating: 5 / 5
