I wanted a nice photo frame to put a photo of my wife in it, and I had a great digital photo I printed out on my home computer printer, but I still can’t figure out how to open up the back so I can put the photo in it. So far I’ve only managed to tape the photo on top of the glass on the frame, but it’s not as nice as having the photo protected behind the glass. I did call customer service but they didn’t seem to understand how to open up the frame either. Rating: 3 / 5

From online info available, if screen shows 96 dpi, which could vary with pixel count, is this screen only going to show less than 2.5 inches by about 4 inches? That seems like a wallet size, and a fraction of a 4×6 print image size. Only a diagonal measure is used, rather than length by height size, which seems of little value when it is the size of the image that matters most. I’d suggest seller include image size in inches or even centimeters (length by height of displayed image instead of diagonal size which is decidedly user unfriendly when left to calculate either size dimension in either pixels or dpi size, neither of which number provided carrues an appropriately label. Numbers alone without labels are meaningless in telling someone what size photo the screen will provide. Please add complete data. Rating: 1 / 5

I bought this for my mom as a christmas gift and well basically my mom (a 57 year old woman) can use it and understood it all the way, its so easy to use and the pic resolution is fantastic, for the price I would recommend it to anyone.

Lets face it, this is not an expensive digital frame. You get what you pay for. It wors well. The resolution is not great, but acceptable. I bought it as a gift for my Mother for pics of the Grandkids. She loved it and that is all that matters. If you want a budget digital frame, this one works well. I paid $29.99 on sale here on Amazon, and feel I got a great deal. Rating: 5 / 5

I bought this frame as a gift to my mom. Because I am always far away from home. So I want to send a gift that can display my photo to her.
Today, I received my frame. The delivery is fast and the pakage is good. And the black frame is the same as the picture shown on the website. Most of this product is very good. But why I rate 4 star on this product. For I was still a little disappointed about the resolution of this frame. It is OK when you look at the picture from 0.5m away, but when you take a close look at picture, you will pick out the pixels. Although I don’t know much about its technical feature, it is just not as good as my expectation. But considering its price, I rated this product 4 star. Rating: 4 / 5
