The product works fine. However, I paid $12.99 for expedited shipping as my daughter needed it immediately at college and it took over 2 weeks for her to receive it. Meanwhile, she had to use her roommate’s computer, when she was finished, to do her homework. She was not happy. So, I was not happy. The company did refund the expedited shipping cost. Rating: 3 / 5

This is the third charger that I buy for my laptop in one year.
All of them work perfectly in the beggining, and then they brake, or the power stops passing through the cord for some reason. But I think it is a problem with Dell and its accessories, not specially with this product. Because I tried to buy from different stores, and all of them have the same problem. But I don’t want to pay 70 dollars for the official Dell one, that might have the same problem, since the one that came with the computer also had it.
Good product for the price.

Works wonderful with no complaints! I really charges my computer’s battery fast. The lines going to and from the outlet to the computer are thick and very flexible with bending. I think it’ll be quite a while before any wires become exposed. I highly recommend this cord. Good price, too! Rating: 5 / 5
