What Dell Driver do i need to download to enable standby on Windows XP?

So I recently found out that I need to download a driver for my dell so that It can enable standby. But I don’t know what driver to download. What driver do I need to download to enable standby mode for my dell?
It is running on windows xp and my Dell is a Dell Inspiron 1525.

download/install the display driver, if the Standby mode is missing.
