I have decided not to purchase this product because the few customers who got a defective or short lived product did not get satisfaction from Amazon or Iomega. I am not willing to risk the expense. If you get a defective product, you should have all costs covered to ship it back and get a NEW product back — depending on usage.

We anticipated a use for having an external hard drive to store all our pictures, but haven’t really gotten started as yet, so don’t have an opinion as yet.

MY card was charged twice for this Iomega external hard drive.. charged twice instead of once. What I have to do now ????? give me advice pls!!! thankS
